will take place at Woodland Waters on

Friday 24 July 2009.

Commencing at

1930hrs for 2000hrs.

 

The purpose of this notification is to inform everyone that the list of those wishing to attend will be by table selection and not an Attendees List.  

The tables list will be on display in the Club Foyer from 09 February 2009 so if you want to ensure that you are sat with friends, colleagues, team mates and/or family then be ready to book your table.   There are 6 x 10 seater tables and up to 10 x 8 seater tables.

The dress will be as for last year with gentlemen wearing either suits or DJ’s.    Ladies are requested to wear either long evening dress, long skirt and blouse or short cocktail dress.  

No jeans or trousers please.

The Hog Roast includes hog, apple sauce, stuffing and bread rolls.   In addition there is Option 3 Salad Buffet Selection.   (see separate poster)   and Disco.   

The cost will be £19.00 per head
